‘LoftPassageFolio initiated from a pure vision: to share true Neapolitan pizza in London. Established by the Romano family in 1985, our pizza shop began as a quaint, family-led venture boasting recipes transmitted across generations.
Marco Romano, our founder, mastered the craft of pizza creation on her sojourns across Italy, learning from renowned pizza chefs in Naples—the original home of pizza. When she returned to the UK, her mission was to replicate the enchantment of authentic Italian pizza, employing classical approaches and unparalleled ingredients.
From our origins as a humble 12-seat eatery, we have evolved into a cherished fixture within the community, yet our dedication to superior craftsmanship and genuineness stands firm. We persist in using traditional wood-fired ovens, crafting our dough from scratch every day, and selecting ingredients of the utmost superiority.
To this day, 'LoftPassageFolio is still operated by the Romano family, with the family's second generation now at the helm of our passionate crew. Even while adopting contemporary advancements, the essence of our venture remains constant: creating delectable, genuine pizza that unites people.
